We will provide a full service custom approach to your drug and alcohol testing program. Services we provide include:
Random Employee Drug Testing
Provides random employee testing selections using an industry accepted computer generated random selection process. There is no additional charge for this selection service other than the actual cost of the test.
Post-Accident Or Injury Testing
The testing of an employee who is involved in an on-the-job accident (vehicle or otherwise) which may have involved human error which causes a fatality, a serious injury, or significant property damage or liability to the company.
We work with collection facilities throughout the United States as well as offer mobile on-site collection services in many areas. We follow collection procedures according to DOT standards. Oschmann Employee Screening Services provides collections for numerous laboratories, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Consortiums, and private industry. Depending on your needs, our professional, certified training team can provide training and certification in drug testing collections and breath alcohol collection.
Laboratory Based Drug Testing
We utilize only U.S. Department of Health & Human Services certified laboratories. All substance abuse specimens submitted to laboratory for testing are initially tested using the enzyme immunoassay (EIA) screening technique. Initial positives are confirmed using the latest gas chromatography/mass spectrometry testing ensuring the most accurate results. This objective method is both computerized and automated to ensure reliable results and industry-leading turnaround times.
Medical Review Officer (MRO)
The role of the Medical Review Officer is to review and interpret lab results obtained through the agency’s testing program. An essential element of drug testing is a mechanism for a medical review of the results. That mechanism is the Medical Review Officer (MRO).
On-Site Drug Testing
Our on-site mobile drug and alcohol testing service is cost effective, fast and convenient with 24-hour, on-call availability (currently available in Phoenix and Tucson areas in Arizona). On-site service can be scheduled state-wide during business hours. Through our partner companies we can provide on-site collections in other metro areas of the country. Please call regarding availability in your area.
Oschmann Employee Screening Services offers training for employees, pointing out the benefits of a Drug Free Workplace and the dangers of substance abuse. We also offer supervisor training that meets the DOT requirements for what to look for if an employee is under the influence of alcohol or drugs and highlighting liabilities.
